High Sports Wycombe

The new Wycombe Climbing Wall will offer 17 climbing lines with over 50 different routes up to 10m in height across a wide range of climbing grades (4+ to 7c).

Constructed using the latest CNC cut multi-faceted ply system, the new wall will offer fantastic route setting variations and challenges suitable for everyone. The wall also features a striking twin pinnacle chock-stone abseil ledge and a further free standing ‘flake’ constructed using rock-form curved resin to simulate real rock structures.

The climbing wall will be accessible to everyone with sessions starting at age 4. A full junior club programme will be run as well as junior/family taster, party and group sessions.

The wall will be open 7 days a week for experienced climbers or adults wishing to learn how to climb. Experienced climbers will appreciate the frequent high quality route setting.

A comprehensive schools programme will be offered ranging from PE sessions through to GCSE PE. Special schools and those with disabilities are especially welcome and an industry leading para-climbing club will form part of the main activity programme.
