If you ever find yourself wondering in Barcelona looking for some good music and some good club, I guess you’re at the page where you’ll find the solution to your problem. Barcelona was the first Spanish city I’ve ever visited and honestly one of my favorite and most unforgettable, lifetime experiences! Barcelona is a city known for its amazing nightlife.

There is a huge variety in bars, pubs and clubs. You can go out every night of the week if you´re willing to. There are special theme nights on almost every night, such as the ´Love Mondays´ at Opium Mar and the ironically named ´Crappy Tuesday´ at Apollo for example.

Here are a few options that shouldn’t be missed out during a crazy night out in Barcelona.

1) RazzMatazz

Razzmatazz is a very large and popular nightclub with lots of events. It’s extremely popular among the youngsters and the international people living in Barcelona. Great artists such as Missy Elliott played recently - and is widely acclaimed to be of a great fun with a choice of 5 different music types - Rock, Techno, Pop, R&B and Disco and much more! Often you might encounter with concerts and live bands, and trust me, it’ll be an unforgettable experience!

2) Apollo

If you are looking for some Techno, Drum & Base or Hip Hop then Apollo is the club to be! This club is definitely worth a visit on a Monday for its famous “Nasty Mondays”party. Nasty Mondays has been the hugest Rock'n'Roll party throughout Europe during the last ten years. Thousands of people coming from all corners of the world, without stupid dress codes, gather every Monday to live the unique experience Nasty Mondays. Watch out for copycats!

3) Opium Mar

Opium Mar is a luxurious lounge club at the seafront of Barceloneta. The music varies from Hip Hop, R&B to House and Chill-Out, and is also well known for its extraordinary theme nights. Opium Barcelona is the meeting point for young tourists and those who are visiting in this city. Considered as one of the most important leisure destinations in the area, this club has the well-deserved reputation of offering the best electronic music festivals in a unique environment, with a wonderful view to the beach of Barceloneta. Artists of international prestige such as the Black Eyed Peas, David Guetta, Steve Aoki and Tiesto have played multiple times in their facilities!

4) City Hall

The City hall club can be found in one of the oldest buildings of Barcelona, the Barcelona theatre. The building has been restored to create a more modern and sophisticated environment without losing, of course, the beauty of its original construction. That is how it was kept the scenery with its classic bulbs look, the generous scenic space, the velvet curtains, theater elevators etc. It consists of 2 different music areas and a large outside area - perfect for late night chatting. International Night on Mondays is good fun with a variety of nationalities wearing their country stickers with pride! Wednesday night is the most famous night for students.
