Hello again! This time I decided to write about a different kind of topic, a topic that cannot be mentioned or discussed without becoming viral all over the social media. Let’s admit it! Since the first season got released it’s the main topic of interest and it has dominated the conversations all over the world!

Game Of Thrones is probably HBO’s most popular show to date. The lengthy adaptation of George R.R. Martin’s book series has been running for a full six seasons now, with a seventh on the way and scheduled to air in mid-2017. As the series is so popular, fans across the globe have been clamouring for any new information and gossip. But what about the locations? How many times you’ve been wondering where those magnificent locations and settings are situated?! How bad you’d like to visit those places? Especially now that I'll tell you that they’re not that difficult to access? Well, The idea that tourists will flock to the filming locations of the latest blockbuster movie, or must-see TV drama, can sometimes feel a little far-fetched. But really think again…how many really sped to Albuquerque after watching Breaking Bad? However, when it comes to Game of Thrones, so enthralling is the fantasy world, so dramatic are the landscapes, and so die-hard the devotees, that claims by tourist boards about surges in visitors are entirely believable.

And yes, Spain is the country to be, if you are a devoted fan dying to visit your favorite show's locations! Spain features heavily the latest installment of Game of Thrones. Take the last scenes of season seven's initial episode: Daenerys lands at Dragonstone—Dothraki warriors, Varys, and Tyrion in tow—after seasons spent across the Narrow Sea. While the nearby San Juan de Gaztelugatxe stands in for the castle's winding entry stairs, it's Itzurun Beach in the Basque Country that serves as the dragon queen's entry point to Westeros.

At the same time, the Alcázar serves as the setting for Dorne's Water Palace of Sunspear, the verdant summer home of the royal Martell family. You wanna find out about more incredible locations such as the Dragonstone, the Highgarden or the Dothraki sea? Well, all you have to do is to just scroll down and enjoy! Promising no spoilers!
