So, the best ski resorts you will find in Gudauri, Bakuriani and Svaneti. The season of skiing and snowboarding opens as from the middle of December. However, you can enjoy the snow even from the beginning of November.

Except skiing, there are plenty of other activities that you can do here in winter. The most adventurous one is definitely a paragliding in Kazbegi or Gudauri. Can you imagine, flying over the snowy mountains and beautiful rivers? I’ve been always wondering how Georgia’s beauty looks like from a bird’s eye view, and I am still waiting for the time when I will be brave enough!

Also, tourists love horse riding and snowmobiles, for enjoying the snowy views and fresh air, especially in Gudauri and Bakuriani. In the evening, when pleasantly tired of all winter sports, you can have a cup of wine in numerous local bars or restaurants and listen to the live music.
