La Casa de Papel (also known as Money Heist) is undoubtedly one of the best series made and one of Netflix’s most popular international series. People from all over the world are now familiar with this group of robbers and their symbolic song, "Bella Ciao". Its fans also dress up as the robbers for carnivals or parties, wearing the characteristic red suit and the Dalí masks. In this article, I am going to continue telling you about some of the mo[st important locations in Madrid ](https://www.livetheworld.com/post/la-casa-de-papel-real-life-locations-in-madri**d-b98x)**where this fantastic series was filmed.

Farm El Gasco as La Casa de Toledo

Everyone who has watched La Casa de Papel knows about the importance of La Casa de Toledo (Toledo’s house), where the Professor brings together all the members of the robbery band to prepare the heist. This house is, in fact, the farm 'El Gasco,' which is rented for wedding banquets and other events in the town of Torrelodones, Madrid. Yes, *Ma[drid ](https://www.livetheworld.com/post/tapapies-tapas-and-music-in-lavapies-kkby)*and not Toledo!

In this house, Berlin, Tokyo, Moscow, Denver, Helsinki and everyone else get to know the ideas of the operation and leave no detail without studying, so that the robbery comes out perfectly well. It is located in the middle of the Regional Park where Guadarrama River passes by - a protected natural area with a great diversity of animal species. Its environment preserves some monuments and archaeological remains of historical and artistic interest, such as the Gasco Dam, an unfinished 17th-century dam built on the Guadarrama River.

Its main building is the majestic Casa Palacio or Casa Grande del Gasco. It is built entirely in granite stone, from the quarries of the Berrocal, and surrounded by rustic gardens. Its size is 1,400 square meters, 900 of which are usable. The house is spread over two floors with large spaces and careful interior design. It has no less than eleven rooms, five bathrooms, kitchens, and a service area, plus a rustic garden!

It is a charming house and farm, and I think the surroundings make it the perfect place for celebrating events (no doubts why some of the members of the cast fell in love in this idyllic place). It is only thirty minutes away from Ma[drid](https://www.livetheworld.com/post/best-rooftop-bars-in-madrid-l316) center by car!

Rotomadrid, the printing plant of the ABC newspaper

Rotomadrid is the name of the printing plant, where the ABC newspaper and other headings of the Vocento group are printed. It is located in Torrejón de Ardoz, a town in Madrid. In its facilities, important scenes have been filmed; particularly the one in which Nairobi urges her co-robbers with a speaker in hand, to continue manufacturing cash. It is not a place you can visit unless you are a student and you go to a scheduled group visit. So now you know, this is one of the few places that we see in the series as the interior of the Fabrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre (the Royal Mint).

The beautiful farm 'El Gasco' and its surroundings (worth a visit), as well as the printing plant of the ABC newspaper are two of the most critical locations in La Casa de Papel series (seasons 1 and 2), and they are both located around Madrid! Stay tuned to find out more in the next coming article!
