Party places in Valencia city - Akuarela club

The Valencian Community is full of beauty, life, sun and beaches as many people know. I am living in this city and want to show you how to party in Valencia. I  have absolutely enjoyed the last three months here and it has been more than enough for me to connect with the city, meet some very nice and multicultural people and find very good places to party! As a proper Spanish person, I love partying and I think it is an important part of my social life. In the previous article I told you about the most popular and famous club of Valencia, Mya – L’Umbracle. But in this article, I am about to introduce you to one of the best clubs in Valencia city, that is famous for its good location – since it is located by the huge beach of Valencia, La Malvarrosa.

Akuarela Playa

Akuarela Playa is one of the biggest clubs of the city, which has different floors and different rooms in which the DJs play different types of music: techno, R&B, commercial and reggaeton music among other styles – and a VIP area. They organise events and parties throughout the entire year, even though the most popular ones take place during summer.  My favourite part of the club is without a doubt the big patio full of cool palm trees and lights in which you can smell and hear the Mediterranean Sea. The fact that this club is literally on the beach makes it incredibly unique, and allows you to enjoy the sun, the sea, the sand, the waves, the sea breeze, and the amazing blue skies, the sunsets and the sunrises of Malvarrosa Beach. Malvarrosa Beach 

Malvarrosa Beach is the most famous beach in Valencia as it is the only urban one and therefore, it is very close to the city centre (and it is very easy for people to access and get there). It runs for 1800m and it is one of the most open and wide beaches I have ever seen and been on. It is always busy in summer (especially from May to September) as Valencia is one of the most touristic cities of the Mediterranean coast. Due to its big open space and its proximity to the city, this beach always holds a wide number of different activities (including lots of volleyball tournaments). The beach also has a board walk that offers its visitors plenty of different services, with restaurants, coffee shops and artisan souvenirs.

If you don’t want to miss the fun nights out in Malvarrosa Beach, then I absolutely recommend going to Akuarela Playa club since fun is basically guaranteed in there. Dance as much as possible, try some cocktails in Akuarela Club, enjoy the views, and finish your night in the best kind of way – swimming in the Mediterranean Sea on a summer night!
