Have you ever pondered the location of the centre of Europe? Ukrainian town of Rakhiv, situated among the Carpathian Mountains, is officially considered the geographical centre of Europe. This fact does not seem weird because Ukraine itself is the largest all-European country.

In the northeast of the country, there is the city of Kharkiv, that was the capital of Ukraine during the period of the Soviet Union. It is the second largest city in Ukraine. It is a huge scientific and industrial centre. It maintained a strict monumental architecture and greatness of the Soviet Union period.
The most attractive tourist destinations are situated in the western part of Ukraine, with the largest number of UNESCO World Heritage sites to offer. The magnificent mountains of the Carpathians with a huge number of ancient castles and fortresses stretch here. Finally, the cultural capital of Ukraine - the city of Lviv, is also situated in this region. Lviv is the city of legends, the city of eternal festivals, the city with a smell of coffee and a taste of chocolate, the city where you immerse yourself in the atmosphere of an endless holiday.
