Russia: a humble beauty of the biggest country
Victoria Derzhavina
I live in Moscow. I am a philologist, I graduated from the philological faculty of Lomonosov Moscow University. I worked as a tourist guide in Moscow and other Russian cities for several years. I am passionate about travelling, history, nature and architecture. I am curious to know stories connected to the places I visit and to people who came there in the past or lived there for a while. I like spending time outside and enjoy the silent beauty of nature. I get inspiration visiting new places and like sharing my first impressions with others. However, I equally like visiting familiar places again and again, observe the same landscapes in different seasons and weather, notice new details and discover more interesting historical facts. I am vegetarian, so while travelling I try to examine local vegetarian cafés and to enlarge my collection of light and bright vegetarian recipes.
