December in Europe: best Christmas Markets

*Even if Christmas has passed, December and the end of the year festivities are still full on... especially the Christmas Markets! *Now it is a great time as lesser people will frequent them while still enjoying the festive atmosphere. And here is more great news: such wonderful vibes can be experienced almost everywhere in Europe. Wherever you are, you will probably find nice markets and streets for ending December how it should be done!

Here is a list of my favorite places, spread across Europe:

Christmas Markets in Madrid

Christmas Markets in Madrid are wonderful! The weather is nice (cold, yes, but not rainy nor stormy), the city offers surprises at every corner and the Spanish Fiestas will do the rest alongside the tapas and wine. Plus, you cannot really get bored in Madrid, with all the nice must-see spots, museums, art galleries, parks and food markets

Christmas Markets in Vienna

Christmas Markets in Vienna means romantic walks with loads of sweets.... which is really something easy to appreciate! In this desserts country, the Christmas Markets will not disappoint you. The only reasons not to go is if you are not into that kind of food or if you are dieting. Is this the case? Do not worry! Austria offers a large variety of activities in winter and summer that will help you achieve you goal!

Christmas Markets in Berlin

Christmas Market in Berlin is a concept that might surprise some of you: the city of night life, of history and rebellions and so many culture does have a traditional and conventional side too! So if you feel like trying something new, well these markets will have a unique vibe. Otherwise, you can stick to the classics (Berlin by night, Berlin by day).

Winter wonderland in Brussels

Brussels in winter is magical.... and even the rain won't ruin the atmosphere as the **Christmas lights **will make you forget about it! Its squares, city center and streets are all filled with music and lights and a live nativity is put in place in the city center with real animals and people. It is something I never miss!

Enjoy it before December ends! The Christmas Markets in Europe are still waiting for you for the next few days! :)
