Den Haag: Judicial Capital of the World

Den Haag, the third largest city of the Netherlands, is a must visit since it has nice museums, cool shops, green boulevards and Dutch government buildings. And let's not forget its beautiful beach! The city is 50-minute train ride from Amsterdam and has a very big central station where you can go big cities like Berlin, Prague, Moscow, Copenhagen etc... Enjoy the traditional Herring at the Binnenhof

Binnenhof is the courtyard which is surrounded by the parliament buildings. The courtyard was used as a castle in the past but now it hosts the two chambers of the Dutch parliament and the Prime Minister's office. In the courtyard, you can buy the Hollandse Nieuwe Herring fish which is raw herring with onions and taste this famous Dutch snack! You can also enjoy lots of other restaurants in the square called Plein right next to the Binnenhof.

If you feel fancy for a good meal and drinks, you have to visit the Hague Tower to eat your dinner with an amazing view. In the 42nd floor, there is "The Penthouse Restaurant" where you can enjoy your a gourmet meal while gazing the mesmerizing panorama. The view can be even extended for 45 km!

Visit the Scheveningen Pier at the beach

After a long day of visiting all those places, relax at the Scheveningen Pier! It is the largest pier in the Netherlands which has 60 m lookout tower, bungee jumping facilities, casinos, and restaurants. And of course, you can enjoy the amazing sunset in here!
